I wanted to share my prenatal yoga series that starts next week at Groundswell yoga shala on Maryland Ave! Sign up for the series or just drop in to a class. I always tell people I’m not a magician and can’t fix everything in just one massage… but if I could, what would you choose? 🪄✨🐇

Every massage therapist brings their own magic to the table, and each massage requires the therapist to adapt to meet the person that’s being worked on. That’s where the real magic happens. You’re not just another body on a table, you’re a person with a body and brain that has a history beyond the day I meet you - so how can I be present enough to listen to what you and your body are telling me? That’s my magic, creating a safe space to allow the needs to be communicated and responding through massage.

Had the honor of being able to witness the monks’ last stop in Annapolis in their Walk of Peace. It was beautiful to see how many people lined the streets and showed up for the message of peace. ☮️ We need more peace, love, and kindness in the world
