No more yoga at the studio . Working on some pop up events but financially I have more on my plate now & just need to make ends meet💕 I know when I need to change directions and right now i have to keep kason and i secure with our home financially. 🫶BRING A FRIEND WEEK !!!🧘‍♂️

I have a new intimate yoga space that I opened up a month ago ! I waited to really market myself until I got comfortable teaching ! But now here we are ready for more yogis to come join in the fun ! Every Tuesday and Thursday at 8 am and 9:30 am !

The 8am is a faster pace vinyasa style but still beginner friendly and the 9:30 am is Hatha slow flow beginner friendly stuff ! Come out and check the studio out . We have really a beautiful set up . If you have never tried yoga this is the space and time to do so ! I am the solo teacher as it’s just a passion and a space I wanted to create for all of us to come and gather .
No pressure, nothing fancy , just like minded people getting together to feel better !💕
Come hear my story and how yoga changed my health and how I went from major pain and medications to now a totally different lifestyle !

I’ve kept it affordable and classes are only $10 as sometimes we need yoga a little more than one day a week ! I know I did when I started so my prices are half of what other studios are !

My first yogi to sign up for the monthly membership ! This lovely man showed up and could do everything I guided us through . He’s practiced yoga most of his life and you can tell ! Awesome job today Quentin !

Love this woman and her husband ! Come out to Zonta this weekend and support all our local studios and shops ! Pascagoula is such a cute up and coming town ! We went to Zonta last year before we moved here and it was such a fun time !
