Ending the week the best way we know how — celebrating Discharge Friday wins! 👏

✨ Edith came to us with low back pain and is now back to her normal routine — pain free.
🦵 Annie came to us following a partial knee replacement. She’s walking pain-free and has returned to work.
🚶‍♂️ Jerry came in after a unilateral knee arthroplasty and is now walking independently with no pain, back to his normal routine.
💪 Ann came to us with knee pain and has gained strength, improved mobility, and reports much less pain.
⛪ Al came in with knee pain. After focusing on proper mechanics, strengthening, and swelling management, he’s back to working out and standing comfortably while ushering at church.
🏃‍♀️ Sapphire came to us following ankle surgery and is back to running without issues.
🧘‍♀️ Sharon came in after a total shoulder replacement and progressed beautifully. She plans to continue chair yoga and group exercise classes.
🌿 Elmo came to us with knee pain and improved his strength and mobility so he can get back to tending his garden.

So proud of every step, every rep, and every milestone. 💙

We LOVE celebrating wins like these! 💙

🦵 Tracy came to us following total knee replacement and manipulation and is now back to full range of motion.
⛪ Greg came in for a total knee and is back at church and full function.
👶 Scott came in with knee pain and weakness. After strengthening his hips and knees, he’s back to taking care of his new grandkids.
💪 Erica came in with low back and thigh pain. She worked hard and is feeling better and moving more freely.
👏 Jimmie came in with hip pain and has met all of his goals — now walking pain-free.
🫶 Marilyn came in with bilateral knee pain and has met her goals with improved functional ambulation.
🙌 Ora came in with neck and shoulder pain, met all her goals, and reports no more pain.
🏋️‍♂️ Manny came to Exceed with shoulder pain and, after manual therapy, dry needling, kinesiotaping, and targeted strengthening, is back to CrossFit (with a few smart modifications!).

We love helping our patients move better, feel better, and get back to what matters most. Here’s to a Valentine’s weekend filled with love! 💘

💪 Nick came to us following elbow surgery and is now headed to MLB spring training. Wishing him a great season ahead!
💙 Melissa came to us following a total hip replacement. After years of pain, she’s now walking without an assistive device and feeling so much better.
⚽ Bentley came to us with right hip pain and is now back on the soccer field playing pain-free.
✨ Novie came to us for OT and has met all of her goals. We’re so proud of her hard work and progress!
🚛 Joseph came to us with low back pain and nerve pain down his leg. He’s now feeling 100% and back to driving trucks pain-free.
🦵 Susan came to us with knee pain after a fall. Her knee is feeling much better, and she’s leaving with a strong core home program to keep her moving.

So proud of the progress, perseverance, and people behind these wins. 👏
