Ending the week the best way we know how — celebrating Discharge Friday wins!

💪 Stephanie came to us after a work-related shoulder injury that required surgery. She’s now back at work pain-free after completing PT… and we won’t say who won the arm-wrestling match.
🙌 Paulette did great with rehab following a total hip replacement. She’s walking much better and no longer needs her walker.
👏 Lisa came to us following a shoulder manipulation and has improved her mobility, strength, and pain — helping her perform better at work.
🎖️ Bill came in with back pain and focused on mobility, core strength, and heavy lifting. He’s now back to his military duties with less pain.
🦵 Sharon had leg surgery and worked hard on mobility and strength. She’s back to work and daily function.
🧥 Pam came to Exceed following a shoulder procedure and focused on mobility and overhead strength. She also made it clear she loved her therapists, Codi and Taylor, as shown by her sweater.

Proud of the progress, the perseverance, and the people behind these wins. 💙

Celebrating these amazing wins this Discharge Friday!

🌟 Tawonna came to us with chronic plantar fasciitis. She’s feeling better and continuing to build strength with her home program.
💪 Tammy came in with right shoulder pain and is now experiencing less pain and back to her prior level of independence — including all her grandmother duties!
🚗 John came to Exceed with bilateral femur and tibia fractures. Today, he’s walking independently and has safely returned to driving.
🏋️ Anthony came in with low back and shoulder pain. He’s back to his normal workout routine with decreased pain.
🌿 Susan came to us with generalized weakness and pain. She’s returned to her normal daily routine with improved endurance and less pain.
🎭 Robert returned to Exceed after a right knee replacement — and after completing therapy on his left knee! He’s back in the gym, has great range of motion, and is ready for Mardi Gras.

So proud of the progress and perseverance shown by each of these patients. Keep EXCEEDing!

🧠 Regan — post-stroke rehab with improved gait, balance, strength, and function.
🦵 Ramona — knee replacement and back to full mobility, strength, and function.
🏹 Randy — rotator cuff repair and back to hunting.
🐕 John — total knee replacement and now walking his property with his dog without limitations.
🏃‍♂️ Gerald — ankle pain and instability resolved; running and jumping pain-free.
🏈 Raymon — ACL repair and continuing his recovery at Mississippi State. Hail State!
✋ Kennia — MP joint replacement and back to precise, pain-free hand use.
✈️ David — bilateral carpal tunnel release and returning to aircraft engineering and maintenance in the Air Force.
⚾ Justin — bicipital tendinitis and back to baseball at MDCC. Go Trojans!
🏈 Willie — total knee replacement and back to coaching football and climbing attics pain-free.
😂 Linda — sciatica improved with lots of hard work and laughs; graduating to her home program.
🙌 Ben — patella subluxation rehab and back to dynamic activity with no pain.

Discharge Friday — let’s celebrate these amazing wins! 🎉

💪 BV came to Exceed with back, hip, ankle, and neck pain. Through hard work with core stability, balance, proprioception, and manual therapy (including dry needling, soft tissue work, and even surviving “the elbow” 😅), she has graduated to her home program!
⚡ Kay came to us with severe sciatic nerve pain. After improving her flexibility and core strength, she is now pain-free and moving better than ever.
👏 Melanie came to Exceed after a rotator cuff repair. She met all her goals and now has full, pain-free function of her right arm.
🙌 Sammie came to us with severe knee arthritis that limited his mobility. He has met his goals and will continue strong with his home exercise program.

We’re proud of every step, stretch, and strength gain along the way. 💙
