What an incredible evening we had! Chef Roberto truly outdid himself by planning a special dinner that our residents will not soon forget. The roasted rack of lamb was a showstopper, perfectly paired with a zesty chimichurri sauce. Add in the butternut squash and perfectly roasted asparagus, and you have a meal that's not just nourishing but also a feast for the senses. And who could resist the warm ciabatta roll on the side? It was a delightful occasion that brought everyone together. Here’s to more memorable meals and shared moments in the future! 🍽️✨

What another great dinner! Huge thanks to Ricky, our amazing Lifestyle Director, and Vince, our fantastic driver, for creating such a wonderful evening filled with laughter and great conversations. Today was an absolute treat as Compass Rose enjoyed a beautiful afternoon at Avila Beach! The sun was shining, the waves were crashing, and the vibrant atmosphere was just perfect for some relaxation and fun. Watching the seabirds soar and listening to the sound of the ocean was the ultimate way to recharge. It’s moments like these that remind us of the beauty of nature and the joy of community.
