We are excited to announce another NEW Class! Every Monday 8:30 am Warm Deep Stretch & Flow. Warm means encourage infrared radiant heat which is a light medicine at 85-88 degrees. This is a great way to experience heated classes and the therapeutic benefits along with getting some muscle recovery and increase flexibility

We are so excited to announce Cassidy with Summer Moon is subbing this Friday 9 am Yoga Flow in the Downstairs Lounge space

Cassidy was raised on the Central Coast, carrying a little surfer girl ease and a deep-rooted horse girl soul.
Founder of The Summer Moon in Northern California, she has spent over 20 years guiding movement that feels like breath, like tide, like coming home to the body. Her classes are fluid and dynamic, building from the ground up—anchored in presence, rhythm, and connection.
She’s often chasing the sun between coastlines, honey in her coffee, following the pull of land, water, and the spaces that feel like magic.
This season, Moon will be subbing here and there and leading a Solstice retreat and SUP YTT in June, along with equine-assisted wellness sessions and retreats on the Central Coast. Keep your eyes open for offerings in collaboration with Dharma Yoga Loft 🌙
