My practice

I specialize in two areas. The first is helping individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma become grounded and at peace. I do this by helping them uncover and process emotions that have been stuck (sometimes for a lifetime!). The second is helping couples with Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy - a well-researched and validated method of working with couples that produces results!
