Working with the Reiki energy is part of my everyday life, both personally and professionally. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing people’s lives shift into a positive, lighter space after spending time together. Another part of my life is teaching Reiki. When I attune my students to the healing Reiki energy, I know that they will be forever changed by the gift of this gentle, yet powerful energy. My intention for every person that I help is to create a safe and supportive space that will encourage a shift from feeling like their life and health are out of control to feeling centered and peaceful in a world that never stops. So, when you are faced with difficult situations you pause and ask “What’s the lesson here?” versus “Why is this happening to me?”
