I was honored to sit on a panel at Stanford talking about operator syndrome… which is a pretty wild sentence to say out loud.
We talked stress, performance, all the usual stuff but what kept coming up was how many issues sustained stress ovee a long period of time causes.
Most people are really good at going.
Very few know how to come back.
That’s the piece I care about.
ARCS came from that idea that teaching your system how to shift gears instead of living stuck in one.
It’s not another wellness trend.
It’s a way to train the nervous system to move between activation and recovery.
Because real wellness isn’t just about pushing harder.
It’s about knowing when and how to reset.
If we want longevity, in performance, careers, and life,
nervous system training isn’t optional.
Because if you can’t come down… eventually it catches up.
