As we move into the beautiful holiday months ahead, we’re excited to share a few updates with you:
✨ Mysore Fridays Continue!
Join us for Mysore-style practice every Friday from 7–9 AM — a peaceful and grounding way to begin your day.
🧘♀️ Pre-K Yoga with Lou Ann
We’re thrilled to offer Age3-4 Yoga, led by Lou Ann!
She had her first class last weekend, and the next date is TBD.
Please help us spread the word to families with little ones!
🧍🏽♂️ Jimmy’s Men’s Stretch Class
Jimmy’s Men’s Stretch Class was a huge success in October — thank you to everyone who joined!
The next date will be announced soon.
🍱 Fall Food Drive – Now Through November 20
We’re collecting non-perishable food items to support local families in need.
Donations are welcome and appreciated — every little bit helps!
