🩷February 13th – Partner Yoga with Jimmy & Renee�A beautiful and playful evening to share with a loved one, family member, or best friend. Expect connection, laughter, and movement.�Nosh will be served after class.�We truly look forward to spending this special night with our community.
🕉️ February 20th – Yoga Nidra with Erin Quell�Join us for an uplifting and inspiring yoga experience with Erin. Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided practice designed to calm the nervous system and invite complete relaxation. This class supports stress relief, better sleep, and mental clarity. Simply get comfortable, be guided, listen to singing bowls and rest.
All levels welcome.

* Saturday: 9:00 AM – Morning Flow
