When your body jumps from 4cm to 10 & pushing in a matter of 15 minutes and you meet baby 4 minutes later….the shock is real

I was so honored to be apart of this labor and delivery, even if I did have to haul ass back to the delivery room after mama sent me to Starbucks 😂

While a mom to be is resting and using the peanut ball widen her hips in labor, I’m still there as her doula holding her hand, as long as she wants that continuous reassuring touch that she is safe.

As your doula I promise I’ll hold your hand through labor as I’ve held your hand through all the trials and exciting moments of your pregnancy. I’m not just your doula, I’m your confidant, I’m your go to pregnancy consultant, I’m your pregnancy and labor cheerleader, I’m an unbiased resource and I’ll stay with you for as long as you want me to ❤️

Baby Otto decided to make his grand arrival this morning (7/11) at 7:11am weighing in at 7lbs11oz! Momma was an absolute trooper after laboring for 15 hours at home 💙

I am so proud of this mama yesterday. 3 hours of a long hard labor and she brought baby earthside in 3 pushes. absolutely incredible.
