1:1 Sessions with Erika Nadeau
Sometimes you don’t need a program or a plan — you just need space to breathe, reflect, and find your next step. These sessions are designed for that. In our time together, we slow things down so you can hear yourself think. We explore what’s showing up — whether it’s a shift in relationships, a need for boundaries, self-discovery, or the quiet ache of unspoken grief. You bring what’s real for you, and we work with it together. Each 60-minute session meets you where you are — in growth, transition, or a season of change — offering a calm space for reflection, honest conversation, and practical insight to carry forward.
This is for you if you’re ready to:
• Reconnect with yourself beneath the roles you play
• Strengthen boundaries, self-trust, and emotional awareness
• Find clarity in uncertainty or change
• Explore what’s unspoken and begin to make sense of it
Sessions are booked as you need them — no long-term commitment — though meeting twice a
month is encouraged for deeper growth and consistency.

Grief Recovery Method — 1:1 Program
Grief touches every part of who we are, yet most of us were never taught how to move through it. The Grief Recovery Method® is a gentle, evidence-based process that helps you release the pain of loss and begin to heal. Over eight private, 60-minute sessions — in person or virtual — I’ll guide you step by step through this structured approach to understanding and completing grief. Together, we’ll create space for what’s unspoken, identify what’s been left unfinished, and move toward a sense of peace and wholeness.
