Lately I keep feeling how deeply women need spaces where we can just be. Be- without performing, fixing, holding everything together or carrying everyone else’s needs.

Spaces where we can soften. Be seen. Be supported. Laugh. Cry. Move. Breathe... & remember who we are underneath all the roles we carry.

So many of us are walking around holding so much, often quietly, often alone. And there is something profoundly healing about sitting in a room with other women who simply understand.

This is why I’m creating Heal(h)er Sanctuary for Women. A monthly space where we come home to ourselves, together.

Through sharing, guided meditation, movement, & sound, we reconnect with joy, with sisterhood & with the parts of ourselves that sometimes get lost in the noise of life.

Because we were never meant to do this alone.
