The concepts taught in the program - nervous system regulation, embodiment, mindfulness and self compassion- are moving into the mainstream and women are beginning to find greater freedom in their bodies and with food.
Heather Beahan is a Functional Nutrition Counselor and Suzanne Bevis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - together they are able to create a safe and supportive space for their participants to process the difficult thoughts and emotions that so many of us share stemming from living in a thin obsessed diet culture that shames us for the way our bodies look. After years of dieting, self criticism, binge eating, stress eating, emotional eating and restricting, this program offers a path to freedom and self love.
