If your goals feel harder than you expected, it doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It may mean you need to try again, review what you’ve set, adjust timelines, and creating system (like reminders, routines, or accountability partners). If it makes consistency easier, it’s worth a try!

Today completed our three day CARF recertification process. You may be asking "What is CARF"? CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) is an independent, non-profit organization that accredits health and human service providers, setting quality standards for services like behavioral health, medical rehab, and aging services, essentially validating that a provider meets rigorous criteria for excellent patient care and outcomes, similar to hospital accreditation. Recertification is required every three years.

Thank you to all the staff who participated and helped to make this a smooth recertification process. A special thanks goes out to Heather Greulich, Chief Operating and Clinical Officer, for her leadership leading this effort.
