🎉 Saulina Madera, our Executive Assistant, celebrates 10 years with Turning Point. Saulina’s professionalism, organization, and unwavering support keep everything running smoothly. Her dedication and positive presence make a meaningful difference for staff and clients alike.

Leading up to Christmas our residential clients brought out their creativity by making ornaments for decorating the place they call home during the holidays. This is just a small sample of the over 100 ornaments created.

Not everyone feels joyful during the holidays, and that’s okay. The season can bring stresses that aren’t easy to talk about. If this time of year feels heavy for you, know that you’re not the only one. It’s perfectly valid to take things slower, create your own version of the season, or ask for support when you need it.

Giving back is a powerful part of recovery 💛

Our clients at Turning Point are learning that the 12 Steps aren’t just about personal growth—they’re also about service to others. This week, they put that lesson into action by coloring over 150 pictures for the Color A Smile project in Morristown.

These bright, uplifting drawings will be shared with people in hospitals, bringing encouragement, hope, and a reminder that someone cares. We’re so proud of our clients for spreading kindness while continuing their own healing journey. 🎨✨

This year, we proudly celebrate 50 years of service to individuals and families seeking hope, healing, and recovery. From our earliest days as a community-based program to national recognition as a model treatment program by the National Council on Alcohol and Drug Dependence of New Jersey, our mission has never wavered. We are grateful for every partner, supporter, staff member, and client who has helped build this legacy and look forward to the next fifty years of changing lives.
