Restorative Yoga, a slow-paced and meditative form of yoga, complements Reiki by targeting the connective tissues, joints and meridian channels in the body. The postures in Restorative Yoga allow for a deep stretch, breathwork, and an opportunity to release physical and emotional tension stored in the body.
