1-Sled Rope Pull
2-Bench Press
3-Pull-Ups
4-40yd Farmer’s Carry
5-Barbell Curl
6-Lateral Raise
7-Calories
8-Alternating Hammer Curl
9-Close Grip Push-Ups
10-Plate Raise
11-Tricep Kick-Back
12-Burpees

⭐️Start with 1 sled rope pull, then do 2 bench press, back to 1 sled rope pull. 3 pull-ups, 2 bench press, 1 sled rope pull etc. 4-3-2-1 etc…Repeat all the way to the 12th lift!
