We offer a welcoming safe space for all, where individuals can cultivate mindfulness, find balance in their lives, and foster community through yoga, movement and meditation. We offer group classes 7 days a week, including yoga for fitness, yoga for relaxation, meditation, kids yoga, yoga for back pain/health, vinyasa style yoga, hatha style yoga, restorative yoga, power yoga, and gentle yoga. We also offer private group classes, in studio or at a location of your choice, great for bachlorette parties, employee team building events, or kids birthday parties. 1-on-1 private sessions for beginners or to deepen your practise are also available.

We’re so excited to welcome Jun to the studio next week as she subs Pilates Fusion!

Jun is a RYT 500 instructor with training in Pilates and Ashtanga, Hands-On Stretching, and Victoria Secret Body Sculpture education. She brings a strong, sculpt-focused approach while keeping the mind-body connection at the center of every movement.
