Opa! That’s what we were saying all night long at our Taste of Greece Signature Experience! 🇬🇷✨

We kicked things off by diving headfirst into the culture with a visit to a local Greek Orthodox church. 🏛️ From the stunning architecture to the breathtaking iconography, we were completely myth-ified. It felt like stepping straight into a story from the Greek gods themselves. Our next stop? A little slice of the Mediterranean at Zeytin, where we sampled dishes from a menu bursting with fresh flavors. 🫒 From classic favorites to new bites we’d never tried before, every dish had us feeling like we were at the seaside in Santorini. To keep our minds, bodies, and souls in true Grecian harmony, we set off on a wellness excursion. A visit to the Himalayan Salt Therapy Room had us channeling all the island zen. 🧿 But, we didn’t stop there! We refueled at Salt & Honey, where every dish was rooted in earth, flavor, and connection. 🌱 And when it was time to set sail into the evening, we dressed in our island best and got ready to celebrate the only way we know how—Greek style! Our dining team served up an incredible feast inspired by Southeastern European classics. No plates were harmed in the making of this evening, but we did dance the night away together. Now that’s what we call a Grecian getaway! 🍸🐟🤍

This happy crew geared up for a hike along our beautiful shore. One of the best things about living so close to the beach is that we can easily get our exercise in anywhere, even at the beach! 🌴 And, while these hikes are a great workout, we always discover fascinating things along the way. This time, we stopped to observe sea squirts—marine invertebrates that are surprisingly close relatives to vertebrates like humans. We can't wait to see what we'll discover on our next journey! 🪼

Say hello to our newest Member, Mr. Pawsitivity! 🐶

Often going by Mr. Paws, he brings lots of tail wags, occasional slobber, spontaneous bursts of the zoomies, and a rare talent to fall asleep just about anywhere! He's so excited to meet his new neighbors and can't wait to run laps of joy around our trails and courtyard. 🐾
