It’s the most wonderful time of the year!

This year has brought joy and happiness to some of us, sadness and sorrow for others. As Charles Dickens suggests, look at the positives, and not the negatives. Live in the moment, enjoy the time, and remember life is too short!

This year brought many changes for my family and I. In this inaugural season of AMW Physical Therapy, PLLC, I’d like to thank each and every one of you for your support. The only thing I can ask of you is continue to spread the word and let our community know that I am here to help & support them in whatever health and wellness journey they are on.

This year, I had athletes compete all over the world including Italy and Berlin. I had individuals afraid of their pain start living life again and athletes resume their competitive activities. I helped numerous individuals return to their fitness & wellness journey better than they were before. I also, helped myself realize that you can do whatever you put your mind to. Remember, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”-Wayne Gretzky

As the new year approaches and resolutions are set, take each day in stride and find the hidden opportunities in each day. The future is what you make it. Oh, and remember, you can always re-start after a bad day. No one is perfect.

So, with lots of love and gratefulness, I bid adieu for now. Thank you, for being a part of this journey and cheers to 2024!
