Each small moment of compassion you hold for yourself creates a new pathway towards a life that is led by peace versus control, hope over fear et. Two truths can exist at once; we can know, in this complicated human experience, grief and joy or fear and courage all in the same breath. When we slowly relinquish the need to control or burden of being defined by others, this is true liberation. Rebirth and a reflection of our resilience and emotional maturity imprinted in our being.
