Last Wednesday, MJ and I had the pleasure of bringing the Living Well Choir to the Hope Alzheimer’s Center in Cranston. Our group put on an incredible performance, and it was truly a special experience for everyone involved.

We’re so proud of our choir members—they did an amazing job and brought so much joy to the room.

A big thank you to all of the staff at the Hope Center for your warm welcome and support. We truly appreciate it and look forward to coming back again in the future.

Good morning on this aggressively dramatic, Noah’s-ark-building, rain-is-personal-today kind of Monday ☔️🌧️

Late last week, our WiFi apparently decided it needed a mental health day… or two… so between Thursday and Friday it completely ghosted us. No texts, no calls, just vibes. Very unprofessional.

BUT—we’re back, we’re connected, and we’re ready to roll.

Happy Monday, everyone! We’re looking forward to a fantastic week at Living Well—rain, shine, or whatever emotional crisis our internet has next.
