This class is a great way to start your Thanksgiving Holiday with a “Soft + Slow” yoga practice for all levels of students, including those who request chairs.

🍁 While free to attend this offering, you can make a donation to Shri’s nonprofit arm when you arrive at the studio with a cash / check donation (made out to: Shri Service Corps) or make a donation ahead of time through our website (https://www.shriyoga.org/donate).

🍁 We will also be collecting non-perishable food items for the food pantry in our building.
