Do you feel overwhelmed trying to decide if you need red light therapy, infrared therapy or far infrared therapy? Me too!! I will share with you what I know and try my best to break it down, as well as how I offer it as a service.

🔴 Red Light Therapy (Visible Red)
Wavelength: ~620–700 nanometers
Visible? Yes (you see red glow)
Pe*******on depth: ~5–10 mm (skin-level to shallow tissue)
What It Primarily Targets:
Skin cells (fibroblasts)
Collagen production
Surface inflammation
Acne & wound healing
Benefits:
Improves skin tone & texture
Stimulates collagen & elastin
Reduces fine lines
Speeds healing
Supports superficial pain relief
🎭 I offer a red light mask that can be used alone, as an add on to any other service or with near and/or far infrared sessions. You need to have a clean, bare face when using the mask.

🔥 Near Infrared (NIR)
Wavelength: ~700–1,200 nanometers
Visible? No (invisible to the eye)
Pe*******on depth: 2–5+ cm (deeper into muscle & joints)

Muscles
Joints
Tendons

🟥I offer a full body mat that can be used alone or along with red light mask and/or far infrared mat. This mat also provides red light therapy. Skin should be free of colognes/lotions/sunscreens.

Wavelength: ~3,000–100,000 nanometers (3–100 microns)
Visible? No
Pe*******on depth: Warms tissue via heat (thermal effect)
What It Primarily Does:
Heats the body from within
Increases circulation
Promotes sweating & detox support
Benefits:
Relaxes muscles
Eases stiffness
Improves circulation
Supports lymphatic flow
Encourages parasympathetic state
💤I offer the biomat that can be used alone, along with red light and infrared light therapy, or as an add on to massage or facial. You can lay on the biomat fully clothed. You receive the same benefits as you do when you visit an infrared sauna. An advantage to the biomat is you are not heating your head

Hi beautiful clients ❤️

I wanted to share that I will be having carpal tunnel surgery on May 8. During my recovery, I will be taking a temporary pause from massage and facial services to allow my body the time it needs to heal properly.

The spa will still be open, and I’m so happy to continue offering:
