The Paxton Senior Living staff is proud to announce we are now rated 5 Stars Overall by CMS! This is truly an amazing accomplishment. Only 15% of skilled nursing facilities in the State of Illinois are rated as a 5 Star Overall.

We commend our amazing staff at Paxton Senior Living for giving the highest level of care to our seniors in Ford and Champaign Counties.

Did you know we’re hosting a toy drive this holiday season? This year’s drive is dedicated to supporting our own employees who may need a little extra help. ❤️

If you’d like to donate, simply drop off your gift at the facility — every contribution makes a difference!

Any toys not used will be donated to local toy drives to support families in need throughout our community. Thank you for helping us spread joy this season! 🎄✨

A huge thank-you to our amazing community for making this year’s Trick or Treat such a success! We had over 300 kids come through, and it was wonderful seeing all the creative costumes and smiling faces.
Our residents and staff truly enjoy this special Halloween event each year—it’s one of our favorite traditions! 💜🕸️
