We just stocked up on 300 brand new gym cleaning towels, each one perfectly tri-folded and ready for our fitness family!

Is it easier not to trifold them? Definitely. But we turned it into a family night, with our kids jumping in to help. That’s the heart behind what we do—this really is a family business 💛 We’re always working to make your experience better, one small detail at a time.

Farmer’s Carry 🧑‍🌾 👩‍🌾 Started at 75lbs in each hand then progressed in 20lb increment until Clancy maxed out at 235lbs in each hand. Way to go, gang!

We have Strongman Sandbags ranging from 50lbs-250lbs, climbing in 25lb increments.

Strongman sandbags are a versatile training tool used to build full body strength, power, and grip. Because the weight shifts inside the bag, they force your core and stabilizing muscles to work harder than traditional weights. Sandbag training improves functional strength for real world movements such as lifting, carrying, loading, and throwing. They’re commonly used in strongman competitions for exercises such as sandbag loads, carries, and over the shoulder lifts, helping develop explosive power, endurance, and overall athletic performance. 💪

💪 Strongman Sandbag Challenge

Everyone started with a 50 lb sandbag, using strongman technique to get it over the yoke, 42” high for women and 48” high for men, for fastest time.

The weight climbed in 25 lb increments all the way up to 250 lbs.

That’s the beauty of strongman style training: it’s raw, gritty, and tests real world strength. No machines. Just you vs. the weight. It is definitely humbling🏋️‍♂️🔥
