First, I want to say how grateful and blessed I feel for my all wonderful clients and the people who support me. It’s been a while since I’ve been active on here, and I wanted to share some exciting (and important) updates with you!

The first piece of news I’m super excited about… WE’RE MOVING! 📦
 Don’t worry, it’s close by and just up the road!

Starting October 6th, all appointments will be in the new space. I will send the new address to all my clients as they book or have scheduled sessions with me. Same care, same intention, just a new home and a place with room to grow, to follow my passions, and to continue offering a professional and healing environment.

A few other Important updates:

* Hours of Operation- New Hours: Monday-Wednesday 10 AM - 5 PM, Thursday 11 AM - 5 PM, Friday 10 am - 5 PM, Saturday & Sunday CLOSED.
After Hour Sessions may be requested.

* Pricing You can see the new rates on my website (easy access in my bio). Clients you will receive a email with new pricing and a copy of the updates.

* At this time, I’m not accepting new clients. However, I will gladly accept REFERRALS from current clients.

Beginning in November, I’ll be offering new services:

When I was a little girl, I’d lay in my mother’s lap as she gently traced my face. It’s one of my most peaceful, comforting memories. Each time I massage a client’s face, I’m reminded of her sweet soul and do my best to pass a bit of that peace along. 🤍

You’ve found your way to my little corner of the world, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Kat Santos, the hands and heart behind Heal Massage Therapy, based in Payson, Utah. 🤍

I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2017 and specialize in a holistic, intuitive approach to healing. My work blends techniques and modalities to create deeply personalized sessions—each one grounded in presence, intuition, and a deep respect for your body’s unique needs. I also offer Reiki, sound healing, and yoga as gentle, grounding tools to support alignment, nervous system rest, and deeper embodiment.

A little about me: I was born in Austin, Texas, but Santaquin is home. It’s where I grew up and where I’ve built a life full of love, family, and meaning. I share that life with my husband and our three stinky, lovable dogs Louie, Hero, and Sammi. They keep things lively (and always covered in fur).

When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me outside hiking, kayaking, fishing, camping, gardening, practicing yoga, or out on a side-by-side adventure in the mountains. I love slow mornings, deep conversations, meaningful connections, and soaking up the peace of nature. Lately, running has become a powerful way for me to challenge myself, clear my mind, and grow.

I’m a lifelong learner, especially when it comes to the human body and the many ways it holds, heals, and communicates. I’m fascinated by how we carry tension and emotion, how the body responds to care, and how it finds its own rhythm of healing.

Connection is at the heart of everything I do. I believe healing happens in the little things—a quiet breath, a shared laugh, a moment of feeling truly seen. I believe that guiding people back to themselves, to their bodies and inner wisdom, creates a ripple effect. When we feel whole, we show up differently—and that makes the world a better place.

I started making these scrubs a year ago because I was so tired of all the unnecessary gunk in store-bought scrubs. Creating my own gave me the power to know exactly what’s in them and now I get to share that goodness with you!

Conquered Mt. Nebo with my boys. 🤍

Such a beautiful yet challenging trek! So grateful for the mountains in our backyard, the fresh air, and the ability to take on adventures like this with the ones I love.
