Get your sports physical before school starts up!!! Walk-ins are always welcome!

The Tonto Apache Healthcare Clinic is offering Sports Physicals for your future Superstar!! Sports physicals are only $20. If your child has not had their annual physical exam, they can be combined with no out of pocket cost to you.
Walk in's are always welcome!!
Hours are Monday-Thursday from 7AM to 5PM. We are closed for lunch from 12-1.
