Finishing up the chakra workshops with my last chakra event of the year! Previous attendance of these workshops is NOT required for this special two hour event.

Dress comfortably and bring a blanket, pillow and eye cover. A yoga mat and lightweight blanket will be provided for anyone who needs them. We will have a brief discussion before diving right in with some grounding exercises, gentle movement and stretching followed by breath, frequency and energy work. We will end our evening with a 50-60 minute visually guided sound journey to ignite our imaginative and intuitive minds and enjoy the theta brainwave state where deeper relaxation and healing takes place.

The throat chakra workshop is this evening! Learn a powerful sound healing technique called "toning" for clearing this energy center & opening your Heart to be expressed through voice with truth & authenticity! We will do a deep dive into this energy center & end the evening with a 35 minute sound bath & guided meditation. Deep Sound Healing class tomorrow at Yoga In The Pines! 5:30-6:45pm Tomorrow will be more time spent working on the tension of the lower back, not by stretching the muscles, but by allowing them to release slowly by gently lifting some pressure and helping the pelvis to realign. You'll be lying on your back with one or both legs up on a chair for this class, all the while being guided through some gentle breathwork, guided meditation and bathed in the healing frequencies of sound!
