Today, I met an older version of me on this flight.
The version who believed that leaning her seat back meant she was being inconsiderate…
The version who made herself smaller so others could be comfortable.
I smiled at her.
And gently said,
“Thank you… you’ve brought me this far. But we’re safe now.”
Now, we take care of ourselves first.
Now, we honor what we need… without guilt.
And somehow, when we do that, everything else aligns.
No more living from the back seat. ✨
