It’s been a while since I’ve shared a reflection, and today feels like the right moment.

The last few months have brought a lot of transition, and my body has been speaking loudly. There was a moment where I realized I needed to detach from my projects and step away, and almost immediately, life met me there.

Some friends showed up unexpectedly and invited me out. Nothing extravagant, just walking, talking, laughing, and remembering how nourishing simple connection can be. It was exactly the medicine I didn’t know I needed.

That inspired me to return gently to my body practices, starting with the sauna. Even sitting and sweating has been powerful as my body releases old layers and integrates new ones.

The physical detox has been real, nausea, dizziness, inner ear discomfort, and deep releases that reminded me just how much the body holds. After that came my acupressure, acupuncture, and cupping session. The marks may look intense, but the listening is where the healing happens.

I talk to my body. I thank it. I apologize. I listen.

This chapter feels like a closing and an opening at the same time. A reminder that rest, connection, and support are not optional, they are essential.

Honoring my body as deeply as I honor my purpose. ✨
