Was your New Years Resolution to work out and get into shape? If so you may have sore muscles. Massage can help! Massage will increase the blood flow which helps your muscles from fatigue. It's best if you revive a massage on a regular schedule. I recommend once a week, I know that might not be doable for everyone so as often as possible each month. Remember make your New Years Resolution a life style change, not a phase.
