One of the biggest factors in chronic migraines are tight neck and pec muscles!

If your pec and neck muscles are so tight they can’t lengthen, the shoulders end up shrugging UPWARDS and then backwards or forwards instead of rotating. That overworks the supraspinatus and typically locks them in that shrugged position even when the person is attempting to relax in a neutral position.

When this happens, it forces the body to move through a completely different plane in order to reposition the shoulders and arms in front of your body.

The migraines as well as many other issues, will continue to interrupt your quality of life unless you get the deep work done!
