We’re opening TOMORROW — FRIDAY — instead of our usual Saturday/Sunday schedule!
⏰ 11am–4pm (…or until the weather decides to reenact “Noah’s Ark: Rim Country Edition”).

Yes, the storms rolling through have been a bit unpredictable. One minute it’s sunshine, the next minute it sounds like someone dropped a bowling ball on the roof. So:

👉 We WILL have a big tent over the stand.
👉 We might close early if the rain turns rude.
👉 And we WILL still be baking like it’s our job.
(Because… well… it is.)

What a wonderful weekend at the Farm Stand — we couldn’t have asked for better company! From long-time friends who stopped by to catch up, to new faces who wandered in for a cookie and left with smiles (and maybe a jar or two of jam), every visit made it special.

We’re so grateful for this amazing Rim Country community that continues to show up, support local, and make each weekend feel like a hometown celebration. ❤️

There’s something about a cool Rim Country morning — the sound of pine trees, a hint of wood smoke in the air, and the scent of freshly baked muffins drifting across the porch.

Just out of the oven tonight:

🍒✨ Two New Jellies Have Rolled Into Rim Country Goods! ✨🥤

Just when you thought our pantry couldn’t get any sweeter… we’ve added two brand-new, small-batch flavors to the Farm Stand lineup — and they’re turning a few heads already.

We still have our classic Wild Oregon Grape and Elderberry Jelly, but this week, we’re stirring up some fun with two playful newcomers:

🥤 Root Beer Jelly – Yep, it’s exactly what it sounds like! We’ve captured that creamy, nostalgic soda-fountain flavor and turned it into something you can spread on toast, glaze over ham, or melt into a warm biscuit. It’s like an old-fashioned root-beer float, only this time you can put it on breakfast.

🍹 Shirley Temple Jelly – Bright, bubbly, and full of childhood cheer. This blend of pomegranate and cherry with a splash of 7 Up is a flavor burst that works just as well on buttered rolls as it does spooned over cheesecake or drizzled into club soda for a sweet little mocktail.
