Let’s talk about Mental Health for a moment. Who would like to learn more about Supporting Moods and Emotions Naturally?

Join me for a 90-Day experience in learning more about skills, interventions, knowledge, and working WITH your body to support your Mental Health.
I’ve spent the past 14+ years in the mental health field working with a wide population of clients. I’m unleashing all the goods in tried-and-true interventions and skillsets I’ve used over the years inside this course.
