If you've been walking into rooms and forgetting why you're there...it might be your hormones.
Brain fog is one of the most frustrating (and most under recognized) symptoms of hormonal change. It's also one of the most commonly dismissed. Women are told it's stress. Or aging. Or just "how it is now." And then they go down the rabbit hole of Googling what they think it might be. 😰
But cognitive changes like memory lapses, difficulty finding words, and mental fatigue are closely tied to declining estrogen.
Estrogen plays a real role in brain function (including memory, focus, and processing speed). When it drops, the brain notices.
You're not losing your mind. You're likely losing ESTROGEN.
