Again I couldn't decide between the 2. Love them both for travel-

Stars- travel through space and time
Barn- one of my favorite places to travel but with a travel back in time feel

Here’s a little something to help out with the upcoming holiday stress.

Breathing Exercise- you can use anytime, anywhere to help you calm the nervous system, increase focus, and reduce stress:

• Sit comfortably with your back straight.

• Breathe in through your nose for a count of four.
�• Hold for a count four.

• Exhale through your mouth for a count of four, pushing out as much air as you can while contracting your abdominal muscles.�
• Continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth until you feel your body relax.

Hope this comes in handy 💕

Yesterday we had to say good bye to our Mitter kitty 😔😢

He was our pain in the ass, child but we loved him and tried to give him the best life for the 16 years we had him.

Rest in peace, you’re pain free and able to reunite with Nitro lil one. 💕

Kelsey is amazing at what she does.

I have made visiting her part of my monthly self care.
Love getting my monthly back facial & dermaplane facial. So, so relaxing and magical for my skin.
