✨ 8 years old.
That’s when I decided I wanted to be a dentist.
I grew up in my family business, a dental office run by my parents. My mom was the hygienist and my dad the dentist. I worked at the front desk most of my teenage and young adult life and by the time I became a dentist I knew just about every patient, who their families were, and what they did with their spare time. I had always thought I’d be an orthodontist. But when it came time to choose a specialty I had fallen so in love with cosmetic dentistry that I decided to join my dad and pursue my passion.

Lucky for me, that made it much easier for my patients to accept me as the “new dentist” and they let me treat them even though they already loved my dad so much.
I jumped into running the practice almost right away, my parents had never liked that part of dentistry anyways. Let me tell you, going from colleague to boss over night is not an easy transition… for anyone. But little by little it got easier. To be honest, managing people is still the hardest part of my job.

After 7 years I decided to buy the business from my parents. That’s when the real transformation began. With an amazing team by my side we completely overhauled systems, brought in tons of new tech and completely changed our focus to non invasive treatments and prevention.

Today, 5 years later, we have a well oiled machine and patients can feel that. They can feel the love we have for the game. We love to see patients that come in afraid and leave calm and confident. We love to see patients becoming healthier year after year by treating imbalances before they become problems. We love transforming smiles so patients can smile at their wedding or in photos with their kids or grandkids and not feel self conscious.
