Posie is an avid downhill and water skier who relies solely on her right leg. When knee pain began limiting her mobility, she was scared she wouldn’t ski again. But after Dr. Steven Mattheos, sports medicine surgeon at SMN, performed a total knee replacement, Posie is back to doing what she loves.

“I couldn’t be happier. I no longer have any pain,” Posie said. “I want to share my story so people in their 60s and 70s know that they can do anything if they commit to the rehab process.”
