Formerly known as Peachtree City OB/GYN, we are an all-female practice that has served the South Metro Atlanta area since 1984. The over 50 years of combined experience is the difference in our practice from the other female practices in the area. We are members of the Piedmont Clinic and have been at Piedmont Fayette Hospital since it first opened in 1997. All physicians perform both traditional and laparoscopic surgery (including Robotics).

Rosa Gynecology Statement on HRT 🚨

The physicians and nurse practitioners of Rosa Gynecology have long kept abreast of up to date evidence based medical research on the management of perimenopause and menopausal women.

Since the publication of the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) results were released in 2002 the management and treatment of symptoms has been a challenge as that study’s findings on a population of older women with other medical conditions have been extrapolated to all estrogen products, all menopausal women, and all delivery methods.

Hormone therapy (HRT) remains the most effective treatment for vasomotor (like hot flashes, night sweats and vaginal dryness) symptoms and the genitourinary syndrome of menopause and has been shown to prevent bone loss and fracture.

Our treatment philosophy has always been based on data informed care of our patients. As your gynecology only practice for 10 years, we have always determined that our patients deserve more nuanced and individualized treatment options that are safe and appropriate.

We have kept abreast of continuing and peer reviewed research on treatment guidelines as supported by our professional organizations for the past two decades, since the publication of the WHI study.

We have always endeavored to educate our patients on shared care decisions on the right formulation, at the right dose, for the right patient that is safe and effective, including HRT.

We hope that you will continue to trust our commitment to providing the best evidence based treatment options for your menopausal hormonal concerns and overall gynecology health as we have done for over 40 years!

Join us in giving a HUGE shoutout to Alena Evans, our amazing choreographer for this year's Halloween video! 🎉 🤠

Alena drew inspiration from old Cher music videos and incorporated those moves into an entertaining dance for the Rosa Gynecology team.
