What are YOUR triggers?
Do you know what data you are trying to collect & prove about yourself?
Do you know what nerve gets hit that makes you jump into reactive mode?
Triggers often make us feel:
- not good enough
- not smart enough
- not valued or respected enough
- not capable enough
- not supported enough
- not strong enough
- not loved enough
When we uncover the initial wound/belief/lie we have told ourselves, we are then given the opportunity to heal that part of us.
Healing that part of us results in us being LESS reactive.
We KNOW our innate value & worth and nothing can ever change that.
👉 It is worth noting that just because we become aware of our triggers doesn’t mean we won’t EVER become reactive … it will just occur less & less.
My investigation still continues each and every day …🤷🏻♀️who else agrees?🙋🏻♀️
