🔥Meet Haley - CMP Running Coach and CPT🔥
Haley brings 14 years of consistent running experience and a strong coaching foundation to Clay Murfet Performance. As a certified personal trainer and long-time endurance athlete, she blends smart strength training with structured running programs to help athletes stay strong, durable, and fast.
With 3 years of experience working in run specialty, Haley knows shoes, biomechanics, and training strategy inside and out. Her favorite race distance is the 15K, but she’s coached runners across the full spectrum — from first-time couch-to-5K athletes to seasoned competitors preparing for half marathons and marathons.
What makes Haley stand out is her dual focus:
🏃‍♀️ Build smart mileage
🏋️‍♀️ Build the strength to support it
🙋‍♀️ Women’s health, postpartum training.
She teaches her athletes how to become stronger, more resilient runners — not just fitter ones.
When she’s not coaching or logging her own miles, Haley is busy soaking up life as a mom to 6-month-old twins.

We are beyond excited to announce and welcome our newest addition to CMP - Heather Prahl
Heather is an Athletic Trainer and will be offering Athletic trainer services at our clinic. Heather is not only an amazing practitioner, but an awesome Human! Heather fits our team perfectly!
Heathers background and knowledge is quite impressive, but not as impressive as her ability to treat and heal clients! As soon as I met and worked with Heather, I knew she had a gift and would be a perfect addition to our team. CMP strives to not only offer the best treatment, but also our advice from our experience as athletes and practitioners to help keep our clients healthy.
You can book Athletic trainer services through our same booking setup on our website. Heather will start on Tuesday November 4r

This of course depends on where you’re starting from. If you’re a beginner you’ll need a few weeks longer than an intermediate or experience runner.
5K 👉 6–8 weeks
10K 👉 8–10 weeks
Half 👉 12–16 weeks
Full 👉 16–20 weeks

The bigger the goal, the longer the runway you need. Build smart, stay consistent, and your race day will feel like a celebration 🎉💪
