To all my patients
Considering that one the leading cause of spinal dys-function and or pain is RSS (Repetitive Stress Syndrome, that the causing factors are excessive and repetitive use of electronic devices, cell phones-tablets-computers, I ask that you refrain from using any and all of the above mentioned while you're in the clinic. That means no texting, Google searches and or reading on your devices. It is counter productive and detrimental to why you are here.
In addition, I recommend that you refrain from using any of your devices for 30-45 minutes after your adjustment and you should go for a short walk of 15 to 20 minutes if possible..
