Grief is interesting. It is a natural part of this life. Sometimes it shows up when you least expect it. No matter how old you get, it can show up whenever you have a "first" anything. Sometimes you have an ugly cry. Other times you smile, acknowledge and accept their absence and let their memory wash over you.

Where does your grief find you during this holiday season? Do you feel resolved or are you feeling stuck? If you are feeling stuck, talking to someone may help. I provide individual therapy, and I have a bi-weekly virtual grief group. Call me for a free 15-minute consultation to see which would be a better fit for you.

I'm excited to share that I've been selected to be a part of the Georgia Murder-Suicide Response Network. This network is a collaborative effort between the Georgia Commission on Family Violence (GCFV) and the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). I will receive specific training in providing clinical support to those individuals and families affected by Domestic Violence related murder-suicide. This work is really important to me, and I feel honored to be able to do this work. Stay tuned.
