Not gonna lie….this one makes me teary. ❤️

It’s bittersweet to say goodbye to someone who has been part of the XBarre community for close to a decade.

And yes……Delilah is actually really well behaved in our classes.

And you’re wondering - what’s with the 2000 Pottery Barn chair from your son’s adolescent desk being used as a prop?

We still film our classes daily - making them accessible to clients - and because most people don’t have a barre in their homes- we demo using common items like a chair.

And btw - this chair at XBarre has certainly gotten more use than my son sitting still doing homework in middle school. ;)

Lynley’s bachelorette weekend kicked off with a private XBarre class hosted by Caitlyn .

The laughs, stories, dress and honeymoon conversations interspersed with a workout session - beyond memorable!

Love was in the air while surrounded by her besties ,

And today the way was up the front walkway, through the foyer, office, kitchen and mudroom - and onto the walkway to the studio.

Fusion classes. What exactly does that mean?

XBarre fusion classes are a compilation of strength training,balance, pilates, barre and core sequences seamlessly connected into a class format.

Using various props and evolving choreography - you’ll never know what’s next because every class is unique and never duplicated.

Challenging not only physically but also mentally.

And always doable - modifications are always provided for those with physical restrictions.
