Here’s a little snippet from Wednesday’s fusion class.

Why do we always incorporate various forms of push-ups or planks into our classes?

Because they’re a full-body exercise wrapped up in one.

The benefits include upper body strength, core stability, improved cardiovascular health, and enhanced posture and bone density.

Enjoy mulled cider or wine, creating your own masterpiece using fresh greenery, natural elements such as pine cones, berries and pods as well as antique bells and burlap ribbon.

If you have a particular taste or style, feel free to bring your own ribbon or bow to make your wreath uniquely yours.

Open to the public. Come by yourself or bring a friend - we can’t think of a better way to spend a cozy evening amongst community.

It’s been awhile..but she’s back!

The same can be said for some of our clients. Between work schedules, travel or kids ~ at XBarre we get it. Life has a habit of getting in the way!

Let this be a reminder.

Life is short (just ask her).

Prioritize yourself and your health.
