✨ Follow me on a Worksite Wellness Day! ✨
I kicked things off with a simple, balanced breakfast—egg whites, cheese, berries, and coffee—then grabbed my Amazon boxes and supplies and headed out the door to the office. After loading up my wagon with all the goodies, I hit the road to the first facility where we checked glucose sensors and monitored blood sugars. Water in hand (drinking and driving… the healthy kind 😉), I made my way to the second location.
There, we refreshed the nutrition station, blended up our berry cherry smoothies, met with some wonderful employees, and delivered more glucose monitors. I kept my water with me between every stop to stay hydrated, then squeezed in a lunchtime workout at 509 Fitness —because we practice what we preach!
After the gym, I grabbed a quick lunch—an Oikos protein shake with berries and chia seeds, plus a few snacks between stops. Since I had a Walmart delivery scheduled, I headed home to unpack groceries, ran the kids to practice, and picked up Cabo Fish Taco from the Narrows Farmers Market in between. Instead of scrolling during downtime, I read my book… and just like that, another full (and fulfilling!) wellness day in the books!
