Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary is seeking kitchen/housekeeping attendants for funeral services. Set up and breakdown as well as cleaning and disinfection of the chapel and dining facilities. Assist Funeral Director in guiding guests and maintaining flow of people moving about in the chapel. Part time flexibility with full time hours possible. Morning and evening availability as well as weekends is a plus. Come work with a great team who thrives on helping others

A Funeral Arranger is responsible for meeting with families to determine how best to celebrate the life of a loved one who has passed.
Job duties include:
Meeting with Families either on the phone or in person to get information and requests
Arranging with the church for available dates for services
Arranging with caterers for refreshments
Arranging with florists for delivery and purchase of floral arrangements
Filling out all necessary paperwork.

Our Service Directors are responsible for setting up and breaking down our services. They are assistants to the family while leading the ceremonies.

This position is considered part-time, but full-time hours are almost always available, depending on your availability.

Medical, Dental, Vision and Drug Insurance is available for those who exceed 20 hours weekly. 40 hours of vacation is provided annually to employees who have exceeded 1000 hours in the prior year.

No experience is necessary, we will train.

Mililani Memorial Park is looking for the next addition to our Grounds Maintenance Team. This individual will be a team player willing to go the extra mile for our visitors.
Current union wages start at $19.00/hour for the first 6 months, followed by regular wage to $21.00/hour with annual increases.

Medical Insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick Leave and 12 holidays per year.

No experience required, but a general idea of landscaping is preferred. Ability to work hard, lift, push, pull, stoop, and carry.

We are looking for an effective office clerk has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. The ideal candidate will be familiar with office equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
Assist in office management and organization procedures
Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
Perform other office duties as assigned

Skills

Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
Familiarity with office procedures
Working knowledge of office devices and processes
40+ wpm
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
High school diploma
