🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE – VACCINATION DRIVE CANCELED 🚨

Due to the extremely cold weather, the vaccination drive planned for today 11/10/25, during the Veterans Parade has been canceled.

If you pre-registered for vaccines (Flu, RSV). You may still receive your vaccination by coming to Choctaw Health Center Primary Care during regular clinic hours.

If you have any questions or need to confirm your visit, please call 601-389-4110.
