We’re collecting non-perishable food items through next Tuesday for a local food pantry, and clothing of any size through Friday to support families in our community this weekend.

🦇As we wrap up our 🎃Halloween festivities🍬 we want to send a huge shout out to our teams-
the Boo-Havior Techs and the Antecedent Apparitions👻
The teams competed all month long, racking up points for theme dress up days🎭, in-clinic game days🎮, door🚪AND pumpkin🎃 decorating contests, and the grand finale- 🧙🏽‍♂️🧸a costume contest!🧸🧙🏽‍♂️
The Boo-Havior techs were in the lead most of October but the Antecedent Apparitions came out on top as our winners!🏆
We’re so proud to have such an enthusiastic staff keeping the vibes fun and positive all year long!🩵🧩

Hi! I’m Nick, the Clinical Director for Changing the Spectrum. I’ve been part of the ABA field since May 2019 and started working as a clinician in July 2021. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of providing therapy across in-home, in-school, and clinic settings, working with kiddos ranging from 1.5 years old to 22 years old. I’ve trained dozens of RBTs and celebrated countless milestones, including seeing so many of my kiddos graduate from ABA programs—moments that never get old.
In my role, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with LSPs, OTs, and PTs, gaining valuable insight from other disciplines that has helped shape my style of treatment planning and therapy. What drives me is more than just supporting my direct clients; I love helping everyone involved in a child’s life—parents, teachers, siblings—because I want each kiddo to thrive and lead a successful, fulfilling life.
Outside of work, I’m an anime and manga enthusiast, devoted to my amazing wife, and a proud dog dad to our two schnauzers, Andy and Charlie. Every day in ABA is a chance to make meaningful connections, celebrate growth, and create opportunities for the kids I work with to shine—and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
