Now we’re in Week 2… and the discipline is getting real. ✔️

The excitement of starting is gone.
The soreness is here.
The schedule feels tighter.

This is where habits are built.

Week 1 was about deciding.
Week 2 is about proving it — to yourself.

These women showed up before they felt confident. Before it felt easy. And that’s exactly why this works.

In September 2025, Diana made a decision to start prioritizing herself — not perfectly, not magically, but consistently.

Fast forward to now:
✨ Over 60 lbs down
✨ Goal achieved: under 200 lbs
✨ 4–5 days a week in the gym
✨ Dialed-in macros + following her Power Fit guidance

And the most important part?
She did all of this while working, managing a family, and handling real life.

No excuses. No shortcuts.
Just discipline, commitment, and choosing to show the f up — even on the hard days.

This is what sustainable transformation looks like.
