Valentine’s Day isn’t just about flowers and dinner reservations…
It’s about love in all forms — especially the love you give yourself.

Here are a few gentle ways to care for yourself today:
✨First, close your eyes and take some deep breaths
✨Do at least 1 movement that feels good for ✨YOU!
✨Bend at your spine, squat down low, or reach your hands over your head - do what feels nice!
✨Next, drink your water (yes, this is your reminder 😉)
✨Lastly, say something kind to your body — it’s carried you through so much!
Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, trying to conceive, healing, or simply navigating womanhood — your body deserves compassion.
Today, we celebrate strength.
