Ten years ago, I stepped out on faith and gave life to what would become Bernadette Fields Healthcare. I did not know every detail of the journey ahead — but I knew I had compassion in my heart and purpose in my spirit.
This past decade has stretched me, refined me, and strengthened me. There were seasons when I felt overwhelmed. Moments when selling seemed easier. Times when quitting whispered louder than perseverance.
But discipline kept me focused.
Resilience kept me steady.
Tenacity kept me moving.
Failure was never an option — not when seniors and families depended on us.
Today, we serve 13 counties across Texas. We operate with integrity. We earn 100% state audit scores. But more than numbers, what matters most is the dignity we protect, the comfort we provide, and the lives we uplift every single day.
This business is not just revenue. It is responsibility. It is stewardship. It is purpose work.
I am grateful to GOD for the discernment to lead, the wisdom to decide, and the strength to endure. Every lesson shaped me into a stronger CEO and a more compassionate servant-leader.
